2012 in Review

Wow, it has been a busy year! And still, with all that was done this year, it feels like I didn't do as much as I have in previous years. But, I'm feeling optimistic about 2013. I think that a lot of the costumes that have lingered on my in-progress shelf are finally going to be wrapped up, and I'm going to be working on a lot of things that are new territory to me - ancient Japan, Teens era fashion, furniture making, and I'm toying with the idea of teaching some more panels at local cons, such as prosthetics on a budget, and posing for cosplay photos. Like I said, I'm quite looking forward to the next year.

There are a couple of commissions that I didn't include on the list below because I have no photos of them. It isn't many, maybe four or five, and they were all basic Star Trek uniforms, so nothing I haven't shown on here before. Since this coming year, I won't have any commissions to showcase anymore, I shouldn't have the same problem in the future.

Without further ado, a look back at the costumes I made in 2012:
