So, while I was at work yesterday, my boss was unpacking some new lamps while I was waiting to collect them and put them out on the floor. That's when I spotted this nifty piece of styrofoam packaging:
It was just
begging to be taken home and made into a Trek prop. I mean...just
look at it. Half the work is done already!
So, the boss let me take it home, and I did a quick sketch of what I thought I could do with it, namely, turn it into a Bajoran reliquary.
I'll be working to get this finished before Fan Days, so I can have it as a prop for my Bajoran Vedek outfits. It'll be a time crunch, but I think it's doable!
